I am always looking for new snack recipes that are easy to make and delicious. Today, I am sharing one of my recent finds. Brussels sprouts are packed with nutrients that are good for you, so turning them into flavorful snacks is the best way to get all the nutrients. Brussels sprouts are covered in flour, dipped in beaten egg, then coated with the breadcrumb parmesan mixture. After that, they are baked in the oven until crispy and golden brown. This recipe is healthy as it is baked, not fried! Go ahead and give them a try. You might start to like them once you take a bite.

Start by preheating your oven to 400F and greasing a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Get 3 medium shallow bowls. Add 1/2 cup of flour in the first one, then the eggs to the second one. In the third bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs, parmesan, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne.
Work in batches. Add some of the brussels sprouts in the flour and toss until fully coated. Dip them into the eggs, then dredge in panko mixture.
Place on baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden and crispy for about 25 minutes.
Once done baking, serve immediately with caesar dressing. Enjoy!
