These breakfast sliders are very easy to make. It starts with the luscious scrambled eggs. Once it’s cooked, you are ready to assemble. It comes together easily and quickly. How can you even resist these savory, cheesy, and buttery sliders? I can have this every day and never get tired of it. The best thing about this recipe is that you can customize it however you like. You can add bacon, sausage, or any meat you prefer.

For the scrambled eggs
For the breakfast sliders:
Lay the sliders flat and slice in the middle lengthwise without pulling them apart. Remove the top and set aside. Place the bottom on a square baking dish.
Whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter into a medium/large non-stick skillet over medium low heat. Pour the egg mixture and cook while stirring frequently until just barely cooked for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Place 4 slices of cheese on the bottom buns. Fold each ham in quarters and place on top of each bun. Top the ham with scrambled eggs. Add another layer of cheese.
Place the other half of the bun on top.
Whisk together melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, and everything bagel seasoning in a small bowl. Brush on top of the buns.
Bake in a 350F preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Check at 10 minutes and cover them will foil.
