Growing up, my Grandma would always serve desserts and treats for me and my siblings and cousins whenever we came over to visit. I loved all of the food that she served to us and I remember having chocolate delight as my favorite.

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside. In a mixing bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt, then give them a good whisk to combine, add the pecans and melted butter, and stir them until incorporated.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, then spread it evenly, and press firmly. Place it in the preheated oven, then allow it to bake for about 20 minutes, and let cool for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy, then while continuously mixing, gradually add the powdered sugar until fully combined, and add in the whipped topping.
Step 4
Fold them until incorporated, then scoop them onto the cooled crust, and spread them evenly. Add both of the pudding mixture in another bowl, then pour in the milk, and whisk them until well combined.
Step 5
Let it set for about 10 minutes, then spread it on top of the cream cheese layer, and use the remaining whipped cream for the top layer before sprinkling some chocolate shavings. Serve and enjoy!
