Frosting
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325°F, then grease an 8 or 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, and line it with parchment paper with an overhang on the sides. Put the bittersweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, then heat them on a high setting for about 30 seconds, and stir.
Step 2
Repeat the process once more, then let the melted chocolate chips sit for a few minutes, and give them a final stir until smooth and completely combined. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until combined, then add the salt and vanilla extract, and give them a good stir. Add in the chocolate mixture, then stir until incorporated, add the flour, and stir just until combined.
Step 3
Add in the peanut butter chocolate chips, marshmallows, and semisweet chocolate chips, then mix well until evenly distributed, and pour the mixture into the prepared pan spreading it evenly and smoothing the surface. Place it in the preheated oven to bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the center has set, then let the brownies cool completely on a wire rack, and prepare the frosting.
Step 4
Add the milk chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then heat them on a high setting for about 30 seconds, and let them sit for a few minutes before stirring again. Once smooth and completely melted, pour over the cooled brownies, then gently spread them evenly, and refrigerate the brownies for about 30 minutes until set. Serve and enjoy!
