I used to have a hard time choosing which food to serve and planning for dinner until I owned an air fryer and a crockpot, these 2 helped me a lot in the kitchen, and I love cooking with them. There are a lot of recipes that you can also find online and sometimes, with all the options, it can get overwhelming.

So, what I always do is opt for something quick and easy to make, but at the same time delicious, just like this one by iambakerofficial on TikTok! What’s also great about this appetizer is that it’s also perfect to serve on special occasions or parties. Learn how to make this now.
Cream Cheese Mixture
Sausage Mixture
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F, then cut off the top of each pepper, and deseed them. Place a large saucepan on a stove over high heat, then fill it halfway with water, and bring it to a boil. Add the jalapeños to the boiling water, then continue to boil for about 5 minutes, and drain off the water. Remove the peppers from the saucepan, then transfer them to a plate, and allow them to cool enough for you to touch.
Step 2
While waiting for the peppers to cool, prepare the filling, simply mix the cream cheese, cheese, and garlic until fully combined, then stuff each pepper with it until filled to the top. In a large bowl, add the sausages, brown sugar, garlic, onion powder, and pepper, then give them a good mix, and then cover each pepper with about ½ cup of the meat mixture as shown in the video.
Step 3
Make sure to shape them nicely and similar to an egg, then wrap them with 2 slices of bacon, one lengthwise and the other across and overlapping slightly, and hold them in place with toothpicks if needed. Place the jalapeño poppers in the air fryer basket in batches, then cook them for about 15 minutes, flip them over, and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
