Meatloaf
Glaze
Step 1
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced onion, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, milk, and Worcestershire sauce, then mix everything until fully combined. Line the crockpot with a long sheet of foil, then light grease it with nonstick cooking spray, and place half of the meat mixture on the bottom of the crockpot.
Step 2
Shape and flatten the mixture into a ½ thick loaf, then push down the center and place the shredded cheese on top patting it down lightly. Shape the remaining half of the meat mixture in the bowl, carefully place it on top of the cheese, and then prepare the glaze.
Step 3
In a small bowl, add the BBQ sauce, ketchup, honey, sriracha, and mustard, then stir them until incorporated, and spread half of it over the meatloaf evenly. Cover the crockpot with the lid, then let it cook on a low setting for about 6 hours or on a high setting for about 3 to 4 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°C.
Step 4
Lift the meatloaf out of the crockpot by holding the edges of the foil, then transfer it to a baking sheet, and spread the remaining half of the glaze over the meatloaf evenly. Place the meatloaf in a preheated oven, then let it broil for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
