It’s such a quick recipe, you need to prep all the ingredients before you start (and don’t ever forget to thaw the cream cheese!) Roll up your sleeves and start whipping this fabulous blueberry dessert for the family. Learn how by watching the video below for the step by step instructions.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 22 oz canned blueberry pie filling
  • 2 cups cream
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 1/2 sticks of melted butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • fresh blueberries, for garnish

Directions:

Step 1

Add 3 cups of graham cracker crumbs to a large bowl along with 1/4 cup granulated sugar and  1 1/2 sticks of melted butter. Mix until well combined. Once done, set aside 1/3 cup for later, then pour the remaining into a 9 x 13″ baking dish. Spread and press the crumbs into the dish nicely and evenly. Chill it in the fridge while you prep the other ingredients.

Step 2

In a bowl, add 1 lb softened cream cheese along with 1 cup of granulated sugar. Whisk together using an electric mixer just until smooth. Set aside. To another bowl (preferably chilled), add 2 cups of cream along with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar. Whip it up until soft peaks. Now, fold the two cream mixtures together, integrating them while deflating the foam as little as possible.

Step 3

Now, add half of the cream mixture to the chilled crust in dollops, then spread it evenly to a thin layer. Next, layer in one can of blueberry pie filling, then add the rest of the cream on top of the blueberry pie filling. Sprinkle the crushed graham you set aside earlier, then finish it off with some fresh blueberries. Refrigerate it for a few hours before serving.
