Having a beautiful lawn is one of the things I look forward to every Summer. I spend a lot of time basking in the sun and reading outdoors, which is why I always make sure to take care of it during Spring. This season we have to remove debris, rake dead grass, and fertilize our lawn. Although I put a lot of effort into it, sometimes I still have dead patches of grass.

There are tons of reasons for getting random dead spots on your lawn. It could be due to fungal diseases, lack of sunlight, animal digging, or you are probably underwatering or overwatering it. When this happens, I remove the dead grass first, scratch the surface using a rake, then scatter grass seed. I cover it with mulch then lightly water it every day. But I have found an easier way to fix the dead patches of grass. dabzndawgz on TikTok shared a DIY grass hack that might help you with your problem. All you need is some tissue, water, and grass seed. Try it and see if it works for you.
Start by filling a container with water. Get some toilet paper, remove it from the roll, and lay the sheets flat on top of the water.
Add a generous amount of grass seed and mix well with your hands.
Add the tissue into dead patches and wait until it grows.
