Have you tried this cinnamon roll pull-apart monkey bread before? It is so delicious – perfect for breakfast, desserts, and snacks. It is the same as the monkey bread but made with cinnamon buns instead of plain ones. This recipe is loved by many because it’s easy to make, sweet, sticky, and comforting.
Have you ever wondered why it is called monkey bread? I have, but I couldn’t find the original reason. Some people say it is called that way because of how it’s eaten. Maybe that’s really the story behind it. It is also known as puzzle bread, bubble bread, and Hungarian coffee cake.

In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Flatten the cinnamon roll one at a time using your hands, then add about 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the center. Fold the dough around it to the center, then roll between your palm to form a ball. Repeat with the remaining rolls.
In a small mixing bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar. Roll each dough balls into the mixture.
Generously spray the bundt pan with cooking spray. Pour one container of icing around the bottom of the pan.
Add the balls in and pour the second icing container over the top.
Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Once done, allow it to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
