This 3-ingredient strawberry banana ice cream is definitely one of my favorite desserts that I have made so far this year. I love eating ice cream, and no matter what I do, I can’t resist it, even if I am on a diet. It is just so comforting and delicious. I know it’s not healthy to eat ice cream all the time because of the amount of sugar it contains. That’s why whenever I crave it, I make this recipe by SimpleCookingChannel at home. It is incredibly easy to prepare. The only hard part is waiting for it to freeze for a few minutes.

This homemade ice cream recipe uses fresh ingredients, and you have an option to remove the sugar if you want to. Fruits also contain sugar, but unlike processed sugar, they contain other nutrients, which is why they are healthier. To make this ice cream at home, all you need are bananas and strawberries. Make sure they are frozen, so you get the same texture as ice cream. Try this recipe if you are a fan of cold desserts – I am sure even the kids will love it.
