Note: You can also use oat flour instead of rolled oats
Start by preheating the oven to 350F.
Add 1 3/4 cups of oats into the blender and blend until it turns into flour.
Transfer the oat flour into a bowl, then add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Add 1/2 cup of almond butter and 1/3 cup of maple syrup. Mix until the dough forms.
Place your dough on a parchment paper, then place another one on top. Roll it into a thin rectangle using a rolling pin.
Remove the parchment paper on top and score the dough into rectangles.
Place the dough with the parchment paper onto a baking sheet, then into the preheated oven.
Bake the dough for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden. Once done, remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely. Separate the crackers one by one and serve. Enjoy!
