To start, prepare the ingredients: chop the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces, slice the bell peppers into thin slices, and dice one onion. Set them aside. In a pan, heat 3 tbsp cooking oil, then add the chicken breasts. Cook until there’s no pink visible, then remove. In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers and the diced onion. Saute until softened, then add the chicken back into the pan. Season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp cumin, and 1 tbsp garlic powder. Mix well.
