Chicken Parm Patty
For Assembling the Burgers
Step 1
In a food processor, add the chicken cut into 1-inch bite-sized pieces, then add the salt, pepper, granulated garlic, oregano, panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, and marinara sauce as well. Pulse everything until finely ground and a ball is formed, then transfer the mixture into a large bowl, and cover it with plastic. Place it in the refrigerator, then let it chill for about 30 minutes, and start shaping them into 4 equal-sized patties.
Step 2
Wrap each patty in plastic, then put it back in the refrigerator, and allow it to chill for a few minutes or until ready to cook. Once ready to cook, preheat your oven to 400°F or 200°C, then line a baking sheet with foil, and set it aside for later. In a large bowl, add the butter, crushed garlic, parsley, and salt, then stir everything until combined, and set it aside.

Step 3
Place the burger buns on the prepared baking sheet, then spread the garlic butter over the cut side, and dust the top with cheese. Place them in the oven and let them toast for about 7 to 10 minutes until lightly browned, then press the patties so they’re the same size as the buns, and apply 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs on both sides.
Step 4
Place a skillet pan on a stove over medium heat, then add the olive oil, and heat it before placing the patties one at a time or in batches to not overcrowd the pan. Cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown, then flip them over, and cook the other side for another minute. Scoop some hot marinara sauce over each patty, then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese, and cover the pan.
Step 5
Let them cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the temperature has reached 150°F or 66°C, then transfer the patties to a plate lined with a paper towel, and let them rest for at least 3 minutes. Scoop some hot marinara sauce on the bottom of each bun, then place the chicken parm patties on top, and sprinkle some fresh parsley. Place the other half of the bun on top to cover, then serve immediately, and enjoy!
