Mix vanilla pudding powder and 6 tablespoons of sugar in a mixing bowl. Next, pour 6.76 fl oz of cold milk. Mix well until well incorporated.
Add 20.3 fl oz of cold milk into a pot over heat and bring it to a boil.
Once boiling, add the pudding mixture while stirring constantly. Cook for about 2 minutes until it thickens. Make sure to continuously stir.
Once thick, let it cool for a while then transfer to a bowl and cover with cling wrap. Set aside.
Whisk the butter in a bowl, then mix in the cold pudding. Set aside 4 tablespoons of the mixture.
In a different bowl, add the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Whisk until well combined. Next, mix in the pudding mixture.
Add the drained crushed pineapple to the mixture and fold them in.
In a different bowl, mix the digestive biscuits and unsweetened shredded coconut. Add the pineapple juice and the 4 tablespoons of the pudding. Mix until crumbly.
Transfer the crumbly mixture to the bottom of your container and press it flat.
Add a layer of sliced bananas, followed by the pudding mixture. Spread it evenly on top.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks. Spread evenly over the pudding mixture.
Garnish with cherries and chopped walnuts. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
