Cut the chocolate bar at about the 3rd line, then place it on a small piece of puff pastry, and make sure to leave a small space from the bottom. Now, get a piece of teddy bear biscuit, then put it on top of the chocolate, and fold the puff pastry over covering the bear except the head as shown in the video. Press down the sides using a fork, then brush it all over with some egg wash, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Continue the same steps to the remaining ingredients, then space them apart evenly on the baking sheet, and bake them for about 15 minutes at 375°F or according to the puff pastry package instructions. Once they are all nice and golden brown, remove them from the oven, then dust them with powdered sugar, and serve. Enjoy!
