I love garlic cheese bread, and I always make them at home. Last weekend, I wanted to try making bite-sized pieces and saw this recipe by Chef Buck on YouTube. I made them right away, and they turned out amazing! Everyone loved them and said they were the best garlic bread bites they ever had. They are buttery, garlic-y, and cheesy just how I like them.

Unlike other bread recipes, this one does not contain any yeast, so no need to proof and wait for a couple of hours. Most of the ingredients you need for this recipe are already in your pantry – all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, Greek yogurt, garlic, cheese, butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. You’ll be surprised how easy it is to make from scratch.

Start by preheating your oven to 475F.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl and mix.
Add the yogurt to the mixture and mix until well combined.
Flour your surface and place the dough ball. Sprinkle it lightly with flour and knead the dough for a couple of times and form it into a ball. Make sure not to overwork the dough.
Slightly flatten the dough and top with shredded cheese and minced garlic. Fold the dough in around the garlic and cheese and lightly knead to incorporate them.
Flatten the dough again and divide into 16 wedges. Roll each one into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If the dough becomes sticky, just lightly dip your fingertips in oil or dust lightly with flour.
Place inside the oven and bake for 475F for about 10 to 14 minutes until golden brown.
While waiting, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a bowl.
Once the rolls are done baking, remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Roll each garlic bread bite in the seasoned melted butter.
