To make these yummy Christmas treats, you need biscuits, bananas, and chocolate. The biscuits are crushed into fine crumbs and then mixed with mashed banana (the banana will act as a binder). Form the dough into balls, then all you need to do is dip and decorate each piece with melted chocolate. Try to make them this holiday season – it will probably be one of your favorite Christmas recipes.

You can start by adding the biscuits into a food processor and then crush them into fine crumbs. If you don’t have one, you can place them in a zip-lock bag and use a rolling pin to crush them. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.
Add the mashed bananas to the crushed biscuits and mix with your hand to form a dough. Knead for a few seconds.
Form walnut sized balls from the mixture using your hands. Place on a baking sheet or tray.
Melt the chocolate using the double boiler method until smooth.
Carefully remove from the pot. Dip a ball into the melted chocolate and toss around using a fork. Place the coated ball on a tray lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining pieces.
Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
Put the remaining chocolate into a plastic with the corner tipped off then drizzle on top. Refrigerate for 10 minutes, then serve. Enjoy!
