Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the Oreo cookie crumbs and butter, then fold them until combined, add the condensed milk, and continue to mix until incorporated. Line a 6-inch square cake pan with parchment paper, then transfer the mixture to the bottom, and then spread it evenly while gently pressing it down. Place it in the fridge and allow it to chill for at least 10 minutes or until completely set.
Step 2
In a small bowl, add the agar-agar powder and water, then stir them until dissolved and combined, and set it aside for later. In a saucepan, add the milk, sugar, and cornstarch, then whisk them until dissolved, add the custard powder, and keep whisking until combined. Place the saucepan on the stove, then let it cook for a few minutes before adding 2 teaspoons of the agar-agar mixture, and continue to whisk until cooked through and thickened.

Step 3
Pour the mixture on top of the chilled base, then put it in the fridge, and let it set for at least 10 minutes. In a clean saucepan, add the milk, sugar, and cornstarch, then give them a good whisk, add the cocoa powder, and continue to whisk until incorporated. Place the saucepan on a stove, then cook for a few minutes before adding the chocolate chips, and whisk them until melted.
Step 4
Add the remaining agar-agar mix, then give them a good whisk until incorporated, and cook it until thick. Pour it on top of the chilled pudding, then shake it lightly, and put it back in the fridge to chill for another 10 minutes or until completely set. Lift it out of the pan by the parchment paper, then peel off the paper at the sides, and slice it into bars. Add some chocolate sprinkles on top, then serve, and enjoy!
