In your Dutch oven over medium heat, melt one stick of butter. Once melted, add 2 cups of cold whole milk and 3 tbsp granulated sugar. Mix well, then remove the Dutch oven from the heat. Next, mix in two packets of instant yeast, then put on the lid. Let it sit for 15 minutes, then add the lightly beaten eggs, 1 tsp salt, and 5 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour (add the flour a little bit at a time), then fold everything together. Once done, put the lid back on and let the dough rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a warm place.

Once one hour is up, grease your baking dish with some non-stick spray first, then start kneading. Flour your working surface, then dump in the dough. Flour as needed while you lightly knead. After this, start making dough balls that weigh 2.4 oz, then place them on the greased baking dish. Continue the process until you have them all done. Once done, cover them up with a kitchen towel and let them rise for 45 minutes in a warm place. After this, place them in a 350 degrees F oven and bake them for 30 minutes. After baking, take them out of the oven and brush the top with melted butter immediately.
