These cheese chili poppers by CookingShooking are incredibly addicting! If you want something that’s spicy and cheesy, definitely try these snacks. They are super easy to make and only require simple ingredients. Serve these at parties or gatherings, and they will be a hit.

Add the finely chopped green chili in a bowl, followed by mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. Mix everything together. Next, add 1 processed cheese cube, a pinch of salt, coriander leaves, and 1 teaspoon of chili flakes. Mix everything together with your hands.
Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into balls.
Take one of the balls and shape it into an egg, then make the other side pointed. Repeat with the remaining balls.
In a large bowl, add 1/2 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and a little bit of salt. Slowly pour a small amount of water while mixing to make a batter.
Add the breadcrumbs to a large bowl.
Using your one hand, take the jalapeno popper, dip it into the batter, then carefully drop it into the breadcrumbs. Using your other hand, cover it with the breadcrumbs, then take it and press them to the popper. Do the same for the remaining poppers.
Add more water to the batter to make it thinner. Do the second coat, doing the same process as step 6.
Pour a generous amount of oil into a pan and heat it. Once the oil is super hot, add the poppers to a ladle then slowly drop into the oil. Cook until deep golden brown. Place on a plate lined with a paper towel.
Drizzle with spicy mayo on top and sprinkle with coriander. Let it cool for a little bit before enjoying it.
