Watch the video below to learn the full recipe.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Next, prep and chop your ingredients accordingly and set them aside. Once you cut all the tomatoes, place them on a baking tray lined with paper towels, add a little bit of salt and Italian seasoning, and let the tomatoes sweat for 20 minutes. In the meantime, make the pie crust. Grab a 9″ deep dish and fix one ready-made pie crust at the bottom. Grab another ready-made pie crust, cut it around using a pizza cutter, place just the outer cut portion on the edge of the deep dish, and press it down. Poke some holes around using a fork, then bake the pie crust in the preheated oven according to the package directions.

Next, whisk together one cracked egg and 1/2 cup mayonnaise in a bowl, then add 1/2 package of ranch seasoning mix. Once the pie crust is done cooking, remove it from the oven, let it sit for a bit, then start assembling the pie. Place a layer of tomatoes all the way across the bottom, then add some fresh basil and fresh green onion, dollop some of the mayonnaise mixture, and some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Next, add some cooked and chopped bacon. Repeat these layers one more time, then top it with the remaining tomatoes, cheese, bacon, and herbs. Once done, sprinkle 1/2 cup of crispy fried onions. Place it in the preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes uncovered.
