There are no words to describe how delicious these guacamole recipes by Natashas Kitchen are – definitely the best ones I have ever made at home! You can choose from traditional guacamole, corn guacamole, and spicy guacamole. I suggest you try the three of them and serve with chips, vegetables, toast, or chicken melts.
Ingredients:
Chunky guacamole:
- 3 large avocados
- 1/2 white onion
- 1/3 bunch or 1/2 cup of cilantro (chopped)
- 1 diced tomato
- 3 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Corn guacamole:
- 3 large avocados
- 2 grilled ears of corn (cut the corn off the cobs and coarsely break up the kernels with your hands)
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/3 bunch or 1/2 cup of cilantro
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
Spicy guacamole:
- 3 avocados
- 1 firm medium tomatoes
- 1/2 white onion
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 jalapeno peppers (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
- 3 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin

Instructions:
Chunky recipe
Step 1:
Cut, pit, and peel avocados. Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Use a potato masher and coarsely mash the avocados. Do not puree it.
Step 2:
Add 3 tablespoons of lime juice to the avocados and set it aside.
Step 3:
Add the chopped cilantro, onion, and tomatoes, then season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix until just combined. If you are not serving it right away, place a sheet of cling wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole and put it in the refrigerator.
Corn recipe
Step 1:
Slice, pit and peel the skin of 3 avocados. Transfer to a bowl and mash. Add 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice.
Step 2:
Add the grilled corn, red onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, and cumin. Stir until just combined. Cover tightly with plastic wrap to keep it from browning.
Spicy recipe
Step 1:
Slice 3 avocados in half, then pit and peel them. Transfer to your bowl and add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Step 2:
Add chopped white onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and peppers. Next, add freshly pressed garlic, followed by salt, pepper, and cumin. Mix until just combined.
