Breakfast is an important meal of the day because this is where most of your energy will come from, so make sure to start your day right by preparing and eating a good breakfast, such as this one by Smokin’ & Grillin with AB on YouTube! This will surely become one of your favorite breakfasts because it is loaded with bacon, potatoes, and egg, plus it also has gooey cheese inside which makes this sandwich even better than it already is.
Step 1: Cook the Bacon
In a cast-iron pan or griddle, add the Canadian bacon and bacon strips, then allow them to cook over low to medium heat until nice and crispy, and once done cooking, transfer them to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain off any grease.
Step 2: Cook the Hashbrown
Add some bacon grease or fat on the pan or griddle, then add the frozen or freshly shredded potatoes, then shape them into round pancake-like pieces, and cook them until brown and crispy. Place cheese slices on top of the hashbrowns, then add some hot water along the sides to melt the cheese.

Step 3: Cook the Pancake
In a large mixing bowl, add the pancake mix along with the egg and milk or whatever ingredient is listed in the box, then whisk them together until smooth and to desired consistency, and scoop into the pan or griddle. Allow to cook until nice and brown, then flip them over, and cook the other side evenly. Stack them together with a slice of butter between each layer and set them aside.
Step 4: Assemble the Sandwich
Fry the egg to desired doneness of the yolk, then drizzle each pancake with some maple syrup if desired, and layer the Canadian bacon, bacon strips, and hashbrown with cheese in between the maple drizzle pancakes however, you want or as shown in the video. Serve and enjoy!
