To start, chop one chicken breast into bite-size pieces and put them in a mixing bowl. Marinate with 1 tbsp jerk seasoning and 1 tbsp complete seasoning. Mix well, then cover it with a cling wrap and set aside. Next, chop your cabbage into small bite-size pieces as well as one yellow bell pepper and one onion. Set them aside. Now, heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is heated through, go ahead and add the marinated chicken and cook them for six minutes. (You can add a little paprika if you want your chicken to be brighter in color.) After cooking, transfer them to a bowl and set them aside. In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp of unsalted butter, then add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Saute them for a minute, then add the cabbage and 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Cover the pan and let the cabbage steam on medium-low heat until wilted.
After this, season everything with 1 tbsp adobo seasoning, 1 tsp sazon goya seasoning, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tbsp paprika, and 1 tsp dry pepper flakes. Mix well until well combined, then add the cooked chicken. Gently toss until the chicken is incorporated and let everything simmer for a bit.
