Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, instant dry yeast, and lukewarm water, then mix them all together until well combined, and cover with a cloth or plastic. Let it sit for about 30 minutes, then add the flour, sugar, salt, butter, and cold water to the dough, and give them a good mix to incorporate. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured counter, then knead and fold for about 10 to 15 minutes until smooth and supple. Pull a small piece of dough, then stretch it into a thin sheet, and if it does not break, then it is ready.

Step 2
Shape the dough into a large ball, then cover it, and let it rest for about 30 minutes in a warm place. Transfer the dough back to your work surface, then punch the dough to degas, and divide it into 6 pieces evenly. Roll out the dough, then cover them, and wait for another 20 minutes. Next, shape the dough before transferring them to a tray, then let them proof for about 40 to 50 minutes in a warm place until doubled in size.
Step 3
About 15 minutes before baking, put a towel on a loaf pan and fill it with water, then place it in the bottom of the oven, and preheat the oven to 250°C or 482°F. Now, make a cut along the surface of the dough as shown in the video, then spray some water over them, and open the oven to spray some water as well. Lower the heat temperature to 200°C or 392°F, then place the tray inside, and allow them to bake for about 13 to 15 minutes. Once done baking, transfer the bread to a wire cooling rack, then allow it to cool completely, and serve. Enjoy!
