Eggs are one of the most popular and loved breakfast food all around the world. People mostly fry, boil, poach, or bake them. If you just fry them all the time with no added flavors, try this recipe by Spain on a fork on Youtube. This is called Spanish garlic fried eggs, and it’s the best. I have eaten this 3 times this week already! Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.
Roughly chop 2 cloves of garlic. In a food processor (or pestle and mortar), add roughly chopped garlic, a pinch of sea salt, and 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley. Blend or pound down until it forms a paste-like texture.

Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and mix until well incorporated. Set it aside.
Place a small to medium-sized pan over medium heat and add 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil. Thinly slice 2 large garlic cloves and crack 2 eggs in a bowl. Once the oil is hot, add the slices of garlic and saute garlic for 30 seconds until lightly brown. Add the eggs and incorporate the garlic. Fry for about 1 to 2 minutes or until they get a beautiful crust underneath.
After 2 minutes, splash the olive oil over the eggs to cook the top part for a few seconds. Do not splash too much as you can easily overcook the egg yolk. Remove the eggs from the frying pan, shake off any excess oil, and transfer to a serving plate.
Season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, then top with the parsley and garlic sauce.
