This quick and easy creamy mushroom sauce recipe by KAZAN is one of my top favorites. It’s so delicious and doesn’t require a lot of ingredients. Whenever I need to make a fast dish, I cook this and toast myself some dinner rolls. The best thing about this sauce is the wide variety of side dishes you can pair with it. You can choose from roast beef, chicken, pork, bread, vegetables, and pasta. You have to try this recipe – I am certain your family and friends will love this too. Drizzle oil in a frying pan and add the diced onion. Fry until slightly translucent. Next, add the sliced mushrooms and cook them until brown.
Pour 2/3 cup of vegetable broth and 6 3/4 tablespoons of sour cream. Season it with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Stir until well combined and let it come to a gentle boil.
Add the diced garlic and parmesan cheese. Mix the sauce and add parsley. Remove from heat and it’s ready. Serve it with potatoes, cooked pasta, meat, and dinner rolls. Enjoy while it’s freshly cooked!
