Separate the egg yolks from the white, then beat the yolks first. Add 4 tsp milk and 4 tbsp cake flour. Continue mixing it until smooth texture. You can add 1/4 tsp vanilla extract at this point to remove the smell of the yolks. Next, beat the egg whites with 1/4 tsp lemon juice, then add the sugar gradually. Continue beating it until peak form. Now, add the meringue to the yolk mixture gradually, folding them gently.

Put the pancake batter in a piping bag and pipe it out directly to the pan with some droplets of water. After this, cover them with another pan on top and cook for three minutes. After three minutes, flip the pancakes, add some more water droplets, cover again, and cook for four to five minutes more.
