Instructions:
Get two foot tubs. Fill one with cold water and the other with warm. Soak your feet first in the warm water for about 3 to 4 minutes. After that, put your feet straight into the cold water for about 1 minute. Continue switching between the two tubs for 15 to 20 minutes. Repeat a few times a day until the swelling is down.
Massaging your feet helps your blood to flow and helps extra fluid drain to bring down the swelling.
Instructions:
Rub warm mustard oil or olive oil on the swollen area of your feet. Gently massage it for about 5 minutes in an upward direction. Do not put too much pressure. Repeat a few times a day. It is best to do it during or after taking a bath.
