Step 1
After washing and patting the salmon dry, slice a pocket on one side of each salmon, then season them with ground black pepper, ground white pepper, smoked pepper, all-purpose seasoning, and crayfish flavoring stock, and then rub the seasonings on all sides of the salmon until well coated. Place a pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add some oil, and saute the minced garlic for a few minutes. Add the spinach, then give it a good stir, then let them cook until the spinach is wilted, and season with Badia seasoning and smoked paprika. Saute them for about 1 minute, then remove and transfer them to a bowl, and let them cool down.

Step 2
Once the spinach has cooled down, add the cream cheese and crab meat, then mix them together until well combined, add the parmesan cheese, and mix them again until incorporated. Scoop the mixture and stuff each salmon pocket with it, then place a clean pan on a stove over medium-high heat, and let some oil heat up. Once the oil is nice and hot, add the stuffed salmon, then fry each side well for about 1 to 2 minutes, and add the butter. Let the butter melt, then baste the salmon with it for about 2 minutes, and transfer it to a serving plate. Serve and enjoy!
