Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.
Sprinkle some flour on your work surface. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin into an 18 x 10-inch rectangle.
In a small bowl, add melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt. Mix until well combined. Spoon the butter mixture over the dough and spread evenly using a spatula.
Put a generous amount of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese in a square checkerboard pattern across the dough, making 20 squares.
Cut the deli ham slices into halves then place them on top of each of the cheese sections.
Cut the dough into 20 evenly sized squares. Once done, stack 4 squares on top of each other, alternating cheeses as you go. You will have 5 stacks.
Line an 8-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ bread pan with parchment paper. Place the stacks into the bread pan sidewards.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 35 minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Once done, remove from the mold and transfer to a plate. Serve and enjoy it with friends and family.
