Place the biscuits in a food processor and grind them into crumbs.
In a bowl, add 1/4 of the milk and 1.5 tablespoons of custard powder. Mix it well to dissolve the powder.
Place a pan over medium heat. Pour the remaining milk and add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Next, add the milk and custard mixture. Keep mixing until it thickens. Then remove from heat.
In a bowl, add 1 and 3/4 cups of whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and a pinch of vanilla powder or essence. Whisk using a hand mixer until stiff peaks. Place it in a piping bag with a nozzle or just plastic. Fold the bag over a glass and scoop the whipping cream inside.
Prepare 5 glasses for the desserts. Scoop a spoonful of crumbs and place them on each of the glasses for the first layer. Next, add the custard mixture for the second layer. Put a layer of crumbs again. Press the whipping cram down just before the nozzle then slowly squeeze the bag around to fill the glass. Add the 5 pieces of Lotus Biscoff to each glass then sprinkle some of the crumbs on top. Serve and enjoy!
