These sticky ribs from Marion’s Kitchen on Youtube are the ultimate pork ribs recipe, and I’m not even kidding! It’s a 4-ingredient recipe that is bursting with amazing flavors (and spiciness!) that will leave your mouth watering. It also requires minimum effort to prep – perfect for a busy weeknight. Learn the recipe and the step-by-step process by watching the video below.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F, then cut the rack of spare ribs into individual ribs. Next, in a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of hoisin, 1/2 cup of tomato ketchup, and 1/2 cup of sriracha chili sauce. (You can leave this out if you don’t want it spicy, just add some more ketchup.) Mix it well to combine. Save 1/4 of a cup of the sauce and set it aside for later use. After this, season the ribs with a little bit of salt, then add them to the bowl of sauce mixture and coat each very well.

Next, put the ribs onto one sheet of foil and spread them out so they’re in an even layer. Take another sheet of foil, place it on top, then wrap them up, sealing the edges nice and tight. Place it in the preheated oven for two hours. After two hours, transfer the ribs into a baking tray lined with foil. Take the sauce you set aside and brush it to the ribs, making sure they are all well-covered. Place it back into the hot oven for about five to ten minutes. After this, transfer them to a plate and serve.
