Ingredients:

  • 1 & 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:

Step 1

Get two medium-sized bananas and mash them up using the back of the fork in a medium bowl. Next, add 1 & 1/2 cups of oatmeal. (You can use quick oats or rolled oats. In this case, 1 cup of quick oats and 1/2 cup of rolled oats was used.) Mix them well. After this, add 1/3 cup of mini chocolate chips. Mix all well to combine. (Make sure that the oats are all well-coated with the banana.) Mix until you got a cookie dough consistency.

Step 2

Grab a rimmed baking sheet and spray it with some cooking spray. Take about a heap tbsp and roll it into a ball with your hands and flatten it out. Lay it down on the baking dish. Repeat the process until you finish the cookie mixture. After this, place them in the oven at 350 degrees F and bake for twelve to fifteen minutes. After fifteen minutes, take them out of the oven, let them cool down completely, then transfer them into an airtight container. You can store them in the fridge for up to a week.
