What I love about a cheesy beef wrap is that it has all kinds of delicious fillings and the sauce mixture is just superb! Whenever I’m craving something loaded but quick to prepare, I would always try to make myself a crunch wrap. Recently, this recipe by Island Vibe Cooking on YouTube has been my favorite, it was so simple, uses few ingredients, and is super delicious! You should try it out today and see for yourself.
Step 1
First, place the bacon strips on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, then place it in a preheated oven at 400 degrees, and let it bake for about 12 minutes until nice and crispy. You can also cook the bacon strips on your stovetop instead. Collect the grease of the baked bacon, then set them both aside. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, and diced pickles until well combined and incorporated, then set it aside. Place a skillet pan on a stove, add in about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then let it heat up over medium-low heat before adding in the onions. Cook them for about 10 to 15 minutes until caramelized then set them aside. In a large mixing bowl, place the ground beef, then season it with celery salt, onion powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix them all together until well combined. Shape and form them into 2 large patties, then set them aside.

Step 2
Place a large cast-iron skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, pour in the collected bacon grease, and add more if needed. Place the patty on the hot pan, then press it down with a spatula, and let it cook until browned. Flip the patty over to let the other side cook as well, and place a few slices of cheese right on top of the patty. While waiting for the patty to cook, drizzle some oil over a separate hot skillet pan, place the flour tortilla and move it around the pan to soak in the oil, then flip it over. Spread a generous amount of the sauce mixture, add a few slices of cheese, then place the hot burger patty right on top, add in the baked bacon, diced pickles, caramelized onion, and another slice of cheese. Place a smaller tortilla on top, then start wrapping the sides upward, and flip it over. Let it cook for a few minutes or until it starts turning slightly brown. Flip it again and let the other side cook as well. Cut in half, serve, and enjoy!
