Pecan pie is one of the easiest pies to make. It’s a traditional sugary dessert that no Thanksgiving table would be complete without.It is also enjoyed all year long by everyone who loves a crunchy, nutty pie for desserts or snacks. This pecan pie recipe is a simple take on a classic, sweet holiday treat shared with us by Coop Can Cook on YouTube that is decadent, rich, and has a magical filling. It is the perfect combination of sweet and salty, with an unexpected dash of cinnamon.

Prepare all the needed ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, crack in 3 large eggs and whisk. Add in ½ granulated sugar and ½ light brown sugar. Whisk together until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Next, add in 1 cup of dark corn syrup, 1 tbsp of pure vanilla extract, ½ tsp cinnamon, and 4 tbsp of melted salted butter. Mix well until well combined.
Roughly chop 1 ¼ cup of pecan halves and ready in a bowl. Place a 9-inch unbaked pie in an oven-safe bowl. Pour the roughly chopped pecans into the pie crust and evenly spread them. Pour the prepared filling on top of the pecans and spread evenly.
Top the filling with some extra pecan halves if desired.
Place the pie in the oven to bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the pie is set. Once baked, let the pie cool on a wire rack.
Cut into servings and serve to friends and family!
Note: You can always use your extra pecan pie for this recipe. Don’t throw them away. The more pecans the better.
