What I love the most about having an oven is that I can make any interesting recipe that I see online, with all of those tutorials to choose from, the options are almost endless. One thing I love baking is not cakes or other desserts but stuffed vegetables, just like this recipe made by The Stay At Home Chef from YouTube.
Step 1
Get the bell peppers washed and cleaned, then trim off the top of each, and remove the seeds and membranes inside. Place each bell pepper in a lightly greased 9×13 pan. Then preheat your oven at 350°F. Place a large skillet pan over medium-high heat, then cook the ground beef and onion until they turn brown. Make sure to drain any excess fat or liquids. Then, add in the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Step 2
Remove from the heat, then add in the tomatoes, cooked rice, corn, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of pepper jack cheese. Stir until uniform then spoon the mixture into each shell of bell peppers until they are full. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top of each bell pepper. Bake them in the preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and browned. If you like a softer instead of tender and crisp bell pepper, cover the pan loosely with a sheet of aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until the cheese on top is bubbling and starting to brown.
