Who doesn’t love a good meatball recipe? Not me! The perfect fusion of cranberry and barbeque with a kick of spiciness tastes wonderful. I also prefer cooking homemade meatballs to store-bought ones because they’re healthier. I found this recipe by Cooking With Claudia on YouTube while casually scrolling through my phone, I first fell in love with the visuals and was impressed by how delicious it tastes for real. Apart from being easy to make, this is also a cheaper option for me than any other meatball recipe.
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, put the ground beef, add the diced onion, minced garlic, Italian breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix them all until well combined, then scoop out from the beef mixture and start rolling them in your hands into a ball. Place them onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and greased with cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for about 18 to 20 minutes or up until the meatballs are nicely cooked.

Step 2
Place a skillet pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the cranberry sauce, your favorite barbecue sauce, and beef broth. Mix until fully combined and stir it constantly until the sauce thickens. Then, add the baked meatballs and cover all of them with the cranberry sauce. Let it cook for about 5 more minutes, then turn off the heat. Garnish it with freshly chopped parsley then serve.
