Directions:
Prepare all of the necessary ingredients.
Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to form four steaks in total from the 1 pound breasts. Season with salt and pepper to taste on both sides of the dish.
Place 1/4 cup of flour in a shallow dish and coat the chicken pieces in it, shaking off any excess. Blend 3 1/2 tablespoons, reserving approximately 1 tablespoon for later.
Place the chicken in a hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown. Cook the opposite side of the chicken for 1 minute after flipping it over. Reduce the heat to medium-high, but keep it there.
Make a little space in the skillet and add 2 minced garlic cloves, followed by the remaining 12 tbsp of butter, stirring constantly. Once the butter has melted, give the garlic a quick stir.
Add 1 1/2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar or clear vinegar to the pan, along with 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and mix and shake the pan until everything is well combined.
Serve warm for yourself or the rest of your family. Enjoy the sauce with every bite.
