Snacks are a huge factor at every party. We bring you Twisted’s New Year’s Eve Party snacks for your upcoming celebration. Each one is easy to make and each one is absolutely delicious. You’ll forget how many pieces you’ve had once you try some. These snacks are perfect for your guests to nibble on while waiting for the main dish.

Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Onion Rings:
Slice the onion into big rings and separate each round.
In a mixing bowl, place 2 cups of cream cheese, 2 cups of grated cheddar, 1 cup of cooked bacon, 3 finely diced jalapenos, 1 pinch of garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tbsp pepper. Mix well using a spatula.
On a baking sheet, place each onion ring. Fill in each ring with the jalapeno mixture using a spoon and let it freeze. Coat each jalapeno onion ring in flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned panko breadcrumbs. When finished coating, deep fry each jalapeno onion ring until golden brown.
Meatball Wellington Ring:
In a large mixing bowl, mix 1 kg of beef mince, 500g pork mince, 1tbsp salt, 1tbsp chilli flakes, 1tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp parsley, 1 cup parmesan cheese, 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs, and 1 egg.
Pour the meatball mixture onto a baking sheet and shape it into a ring. Grill for 5 minutes.
Prepare 1 kg puff pastry and shape it into a ring with mozzarella. Place the grilled meatball mixture on top and add another layer of mozzarella on top. Brush some egg wash on the puff pastry and cover everything with another puff pastry. Using a glass, cut through the center of the meatball ring, and cut the extra puff pastry sides with a rotary baking cutter. Secure edges with a fork’s tips to add decoration. Brush on a layer of egg wash.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 35 minutes.
