Ingredients Needed For This Recipe:
Check out Hands Touch’s video down below for a detailed ingredients list.
Directions:
Step One
Sieve your cocoa powder to make sure there are no clumps. This will make it easier to mix in the next steps.
Step Two
Add your milk to the bowl with cocoa powder and begin mixing. Once the milk is consistently mixed, place the bowl onto the heat and bring it to a boil while still mixing.
Step Three
Once the milk has reached a boil, add in sugar and continue mixing. Then add in milk powder and mix.

Step Four
In a separate bowl, add corn startch and milk, then mix them. Add this to the boiling mixture and well.
Step Five
The consistency should be milky but still creamy when you take it off the heat. After cooling, allow it to sit till it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
Step Six
Pour the chocolate mixture into popsicle molds, place tin foil over the top, and add your popsicle sticks. Place them into the freezer until they are completely frozen.

Step Seven
Melt some Hershey’s milk chocolate in a new bowl. Pour the chocolate into a tall glass, then take the bars out of the freezer and dip them into the melted chocolate. The chocolate will set automatically because of the frozen temperature of the ice cream bars, so you should only have to hold it for 30-45 seconds.
Step Eight
Once dipped, you can place the ice pops back in the freezer, or eat them now.
