1 – Dirty pots and pans
Add half a lemon, baking soda, and vinegar to your dirty pot or pan and bring it to a boil. Once it comes to a boil, it should come right off. No need to scrub it, just wipe it off.
2 – Wooden cutting board stains
Add salt to the stain on your cutting board and scrub it with half a lemon. Wipe it clean with a cloth.
3 – Plastic cutting board stains
Sprinkle baking soda to the stain, then pour some vinegar. Scrub it with half a lemon to remove the stain.
4 – Measuring honey or syrup
When you measure out honey, syrup, or any liquid that has a thick consistency, spray your measuring cup with cooking spray first and everything will come right out.
5 – Grating cheese
Do the same just like with the honey. Spray the grater first with cooking spray, so the cheese won’t get stuck.
6 – Descaling a kettle
Just add vinegar to your kettle, and bring it to a boil. Let it sit for an hour, then drain.
7 – Oven grease
Mix baking soda and vinegar in a bowl until it becomes a paste. Use a sponge to apply the mixture to the grease. Next, add 1 cup of vinegar to a different bowl, and place it inside the oven. Put the oven to low heat for an hour and wipe it clean once cooled.
8 – Clogged drains
Just sprinkle baking soda and vinegar on your sink. Let it sit for about 5 minutes, then pour hot water.
9 – Dirty microwave
Add vinegar to a bowl and half a lemon, and microwave it for about a minute. Open it up and wipe it clean.
