You don’t need to spend a lot of money on this dessert recipe. Make this delicious blueberry slab pie by Tasty with just seven ingredients! Ingredients
- 4 8-inch pie crusts (refrigerated)
- 5 cups of fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest

Instructions
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 400 Fahrenheit or 200 Celsius.
Step 2:
Get a bowl and add 5 cups of fresh blueberries, 3/4 cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch,1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest. Mix all ingredients until well combined, then set aside.
Step 3:
Place a parchment paper on your work surface. Stack 2 pie crusts on top of each other, then roll out to a measuring 17 inches by 12 inches using a rolling pin. Once done, cut diagonally into strips.
Step 4:
Roll out another 2 pie crusts, then place in a 15-inch by 10-inch by 1-inch baking sheet.
Step 5:
Add the blueberry mixture to the crust and spread evenly. Once done, form a lattice top with the pie crust strips from earlier. Make sure to tuck the crust inward around the edges.
Step 6:
Place the pie inside the preheated oven and bake it for 35 minutes at 400F.
Step 7:
Once done baking, remove the pie from the oven. Slice the pie into squares and serve with ice cream. Enjoy with ice cream if preferred.
