Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of hot milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
For garnish (optional):
- nuts
- 3.5 oz of dark chocolate
- 3.5 tablespoons of hot milk

Instructions:
Step 1:
Combine 1 and 1/4 cups of rolled oats and 1 cup of hot milk in a bowl. Mix and leave it for 10 minutes to let the oats absorb the milk.
Step 2:
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Place them in a bowl, then add 2 eggs and a pinch of salt. Whisk until well combined.
Step 3:
Add 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture. Whisk until it’s well incorporated.
Step 4:
Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl of oats with milk. Mix until well combined.
Step 5:
Grease the baking pan with butter and pour the chocolate oat mixture. Spread evenly then garnish with nuts.
Step 6:
Place it in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 360F.
Step 7:
Chop the dark chocolate and place it in the bowl. Add 3.5 tablespoons of hot milk, then mix well until smooth. Put in a piping bag or plastic.
Step 8:
Remove the cake from the oven and drizzle with the milk chocolate mixture. Let it cool for a while until the chocolate is set on top.
Step 9:
Slice in squares and serve. Enjoy it with a cup of tea or coffee!
