Combine 1 and 1/4 cups of rolled oats and 1 cup of hot milk in a bowl. Mix and leave it for 10 minutes to let the oats absorb the milk.
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Place them in a bowl, then add 2 eggs and a pinch of salt. Whisk until well combined.
Add 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture. Whisk until it’s well incorporated.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl of oats with milk. Mix until well combined.
Grease the baking pan with butter and pour the chocolate oat mixture. Spread evenly then garnish with nuts.
Place it in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 360F.
Chop the dark chocolate and place it in the bowl. Add 3.5 tablespoons of hot milk, then mix well until smooth. Put in a piping bag or plastic.
Remove the cake from the oven and drizzle with the milk chocolate mixture. Let it cool for a while until the chocolate is set on top.
