This recipe is super easy and does not require any baking. You will only be using your stovetop to melt the butter and chocolate, and your fridge to let the mixture firm up. It is perfect for snacks or desserts with a cup of coffee or tea.

Start by chopping the white chocolate, then place it in a heatproof bowl, followed by the heavy cream and butter.
Place the bowl over a pot with simmering water, then let the butter and chocolate to melt completely. Once melted, remove from heat.
Stir in the vanilla extract and desiccated coconut.
