Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of white baker’s chips
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • 3.4 oz of pistachio-flavored instant pudding dry mix
  • 3 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of salted, roasted pistachios

Instructions

Step 1:

Add 3/4 cup of white baker’s chips, 1/3 cup of water, and 6 tablespoons of butter in a microwave-safe mixing bowl and microwave for about one minute. Remove it and stir everything until melted and smooth.

Step 2:

Add the pistachio pudding dry mix into the mixture and stir until dissolved.

Step 3:

Slowly add powdered sugar one cup at a time while stirring until all cups are well incorporated. It should have a smooth consistency. Next, fold in the pistachio nuts. Reserve some for topping later.

Step 4:

Prepare an 8 x 8 baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or foil. If you are using foil, spray it with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 5:

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread it evenly and smoothen the top. Sprinkle additional pistachios if preferred. Gently press them into the fudge.

Step 6:

Place in the refrigerator and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until it becomes solid.

Step 7:

After 2 hours or more, remove it from the baking dish and remove the parchment paper. Slice it into pieces. Enjoy!
