Crush 0.44 lb of Oreo cookies into fine powder and place into a bowl. Add 2.47 ounces of melted butter into the crushed Oreos and mix them well. Put the crust into the bottom of the mold. Flatten then press using a spoon or the bottom of a clean glass.
Slice the chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl. Boil water on a pot then place the bowl of chocolate on top. Continuously stir until all are melted. Set it aside.
In a large bowl, add 1 and 3/4 cups of cream cheese, 3.53 ounces of cream, and 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons of condensed milk. Mix them all using a spatula until well combined. Next, add the melted chocolate. Mix until it becomes a smooth chocolate cream.
Put the chocolate mixture into the mold. Spread them evenly with a spatula so there will be no voids. Once done, flatten the top. Place inside the fridge to chill.
Slice the remaining chocolate into small pieces. Take a different pot and place over heat, add 4.58 ounces of cream and 3.53 ounces of chocolate. Mix until the chocolate melts. Let it cool down for a little bit.
Remove the cake from the fridge. Place it on parchment paper then take off the mold. Pour the chocolate cream and let it drip to the sides to fully coat the cake. Let it set for a while and it’s ready to serve. Enjoy!
