Break the caramel cookies into small pieces and put them into a food processor with the hazelnuts. Crush until they become crumbles. Once done, transfer into a bowl.
Add the 3 1/2 tablespoons of softened butter into the crumbles and mix until well incorporated.
Place the muffin cups into the muffin tray.
Fill 3/4 of each cup with the crumbles and use the end of the wooden stick to make a well in the center. After that, use your thumb and index finger to flatten the sides. Do the same for all the cups. Place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Make the filling. Add the dark chocolates and whipping cream to a bowl. Place in the microwave and melt the chocolates until it boils. Mix well until smooth. Next, add the honey and softened butter.
Remove the crust from the freezer and transfer the chocolate mixture into a cup with a pouring spout or a piping bag. Fill each crust with it. Once done, refrigerate it for about 1 hour to let the chocolate set.
Remove each tart from the muffin tray and cup. Serve and enjoy!
