Wash the small cabbage, slice it into small strips, and place it in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, crack 3 eggs and beat using a fork.
Season the cabbage slices with salt and pepper. Pour the beaten eggs into the cabbage. Mix until all of the cabbage is seasoned. Next, add the 2/3 cup of flour and mix well with the cabbage and eggs.
Place a pan over heat and pour some olive oil. Scatter the oil into the pan. Once the oil is hot, add a few of the cabbage mixture. Form into a round shape and press in the center to flatten.
