Ingredients
Lemon ginger wellness shot
2 oranges (peeled and roughly chopped)
2 lemons (peeled and roughly chopped)
5 inches of ginger root (roughly chopped)
2 to 3 inches of turmeric root or 1 teaspoon of dried turmeric
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of coconut water
Pineapple mint wellness shot
4 cups of pineapple (roughly chopped into cubes)
1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves
1 lemon (peeled and roughly chopped)
5 inches of ginger root (roughly chopped)
1 cup of coconut water
Everything green wellness shot
1 green apple (roughly chopped)
6 celery stalks (roughly chopped)
1 to 2 cucumbers (roughly chopped)
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of parsley
1 to 1.5 cups of water
Berry beet energy wellness shot
2 beets (peeled and cubed)
2 cups of strawberries (stem removes and roughly chopped)
Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2:
Place a nut milk bag, fine mesh strainer, or triple layers of cheesecloth in a large bowl and pour the mixture into it. Slowly squeeze all of the juice out until you only have the pulp.
Step 3:
Once strained, transfer it to your 2 oz shot jars. You can store it in the fridge for up to 7 days and in the freezer for up to 7 days.
Note: the glass she jars are not freezer-friendly.
